研究簡介(Research Overview

本研究室致力於整合基礎營養科學、人體營養研究、營養監測及健康促進,建立由實驗室至社區(Bench-to-Community)的轉譯營養研究架構,將科學證據轉化為改善國人營養與健康之實務應用。

The Translational Nutrition and Health Promotion Laboratory is dedicated to integrating basic nutrition science, human nutrition research, nutrition surveillance, and health promotion. Our mission is to establish a bench-to-community translational nutrition framework that bridges scientific discovery and practical applications to improve nutritional status and public health.

研究主題涵蓋微量營養素營養與代謝、營養生物標誌、國民營養監測、礦物質膳食營養素參考攝取量(DRIs)、食品營養強化策略、營養政策及健康促進研究。研究方法結合細胞培養、動物模式、人體研究、營養流行病學及政策分析,建立從基礎研究到政策應用之完整科學證據鏈。

Our research encompasses micronutrient nutrition and metabolism, nutritional biomarkers, population nutrition surveillance, mineral Dietary Reference Intakes (DRIs), food fortification strategies, nutrition policy, and health promotion. By integrating cell culture models, animal studies, human nutrition research, nutritional epidemiology, and policy analysis, we aim to generate scientific evidence that supports nutrition practice and public health decision-making.
